International Mother Language Day

Ideal Pre Cadet School and College, Gazipur

On 21st February 2024, Ideal Pre Cadet School and College, Gazipur solemnly observed International Mother Language Day to honor the martyrs of the historic Language Movement of 1952. Faculty members, students, and staff gathered to pay tribute by laying floral wreaths at a symbolic Shaheed Minar, expressing deep respect and gratitude for the brave souls who sacrificed their lives for the right to speak in their mother tongue — Bangla.

Teachers wore commemorative headbands and traditional attire, creating a dignified atmosphere filled with patriotism. This event not only instilled a sense of history and national pride among students but also reinforced the school's dedication to cultural and linguistic identity.
